How to Order Your BallStars Ball or Ornament
1. Choose your BallStars item - ball or ornament
2. Select the Quantity - If you want 3 baseballs all with the same picture then select a quantity of 3. If you want 3 baseballs with different pictures, border colors or text, select a quantity of 1, complete the ordering for the ball and then go back and do the other 2 balls individually.
3. Select the border color - click on the link on the item page to see a picture of the available colors.
4. Select Photo Delivery Method - in order for us to create your one-of-a-kind ball or ornament we need to receive your photograph. This can be done in one of two ways.
1. Send by Email. This is the fastest method and will insure that you receive your item quicker. Photos need to be in .jpg or .jpeg format. Please, no larger than 4MB. Please be sure to include your order number and name in your email. If you are ordering more than one ball or ornament be sure to specify which picture goes with which ball. Photos should be mailed to: photos@personalized4ugifts.com.
2. Send by Regular Mail. If you are unable to email your photos you can send them by regular mail. Please send your photos with a copy of your invoice. If you are ordering more than one BallStars product, please be sure to indicate which picture goes with each item ordered. Pictures will be returned, unharmed, with your order.
If your photo includes people or items you do not want on your finished Ballstar product please indicate which person you do want on the ball or ornament.
5. Add Text. We can personalize your ball with your own choice of words. Names and dates are popular choices. Please note the limit on total characters (including spaces) on each individual item.
