2. Player number can be added to the back, or side or any cap or hat or the right chest area or the sleeve of a garment.  Additional charge of $2.00 for small number (1") or $3.50 for large number (2")

3. Name can be added to the back of cap or hat or to the right chest area of a garment for $3.00 additional.
