Beacon Embroidery takes great pride in producing the finest in personalized embroidered gifts and logo wear. Each item is personally created based upon the criteria you specify when placing your order. Due to the unique custom nature of each item, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns of items that have been customized to your specifications. However, we will replace any item that is incorrect due to our error.
Please be sure to double check the criteria for each order (color, design, etc), and pay special attention to the spelling of any personalization you are requesting.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as work will already have begun on your Personalized 4 U Gift.
